Kasargod: Water scarcity claims life of youth at Adoor

Kasargod, May 13: A hotel being operated at Adoor in the district had stopped operations since the last 15 days. A youth, who was distressed over this development, committed suicide by hanging himself.

The identity of the victim has been given as Pavitra (29), who was working in a hotel at Adoor that was being run by his father. He was a resident of Aliyanadka.

The said hotel stands closed since over two weeks because of shortage of water.

Adoor police have registered a case of unnatural death in this regard.
