Hassan: I am clerk of 6.5 crore Kannadigas, CM Kumaraswamy taunts Amit Shah

Daijiworld Media Network - Hassan (MS)

Hassan, Feb 16: "I am not clerk of any party. I have been working as a clerk of 6.5 crore people of the state of Karnataka. I am proud to do the works of my people like a clerk," chief minister H D Kumaraswamy said in a taunting tone referring to the statement of BJP national president Amit Shah.

Amit Shah had ridiculed Kumaraswamy in the BJP convention that was held in Raichur and had said that Kumaraswamy is not a chief minister of the state but clerk of the Congress party.

Speaking to the scribes at Chennarayapatna of the taluk, Kumaraswamy further said, "As a president of the party ruling the country, Amit Shah should not speak in such a low mannered language. Is Amit Shah not aware of what the leader of the opposition in the state and state president of his party is doing? Why he is not talking about the state president of his party who is conducting 'Operation Kamala' repeatedly and buying the MLAs of Congress and JD (S)?"

Replying to a query on the audio tape issue, the CM said, "Anyone can say that the sound heard in the audio tape is that of former CM Yeddyurappa. The government will decide soon on holding a SIT inquiry on the issue,"

On the accusation of local MLA Preetham Gowda, the chief minister clarified, "There is no truth in the accusations made by Preetham Gowda. As he is accusing us of murder, the culture of BJP can be known."

    Today, if Indian troops are suffering in the hands of terrorists due to intelligence failure, the sole cause being this man, the Amith Shah and his team of Ministers, who openly keep dividing the citizens just for the mere votes and power!. Let all Indians understand this and reject such Leaders.

    A suicide bomber belonging to terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed on Thursday caused large-scale carnage in J&K Pulwama by killing at least 42 CRPF soldiers. This is being termed as the worst ever attack Indian forces by militants in the valley. The attack evoked strong reactions from India’s political class as politicians cutting across party lines expressed sorry and anguish.
    However, there were some notable politicians, who simply could not care much on the deaths of 42 CRPF soldiers as they remained focussed on far more pressing commitments across the country.
    Leading the pack was BJP President Amit Shah, who was seen addressing an election rally in Karnataka’s Hospet. The BJP was streaming his election live from all its social media platforms at 8.36 pm, five hours after the attack had left nearly four dozen Indian soldiers dead.

    He gloated, “It’s all my fault that I am late. Although I had asked the organizers to let someone else speak here and conclude the rally. But, seeing such a huge crowd here, I am feeling extremely happy.” By this time, the news of 42 CRPF soldiers’ death had been confirmed, but Shah did not deem it fit to pay condolence to them, let alone cancel his election commitment altogether.

    When the nation is mourning BJP leaders;
    *Delhi unit chief Bhojpuri actor turned politician Manoj Tiwari is mourning by dancing in concert.
    *BJP national President Amit Shah is addressing an election rally in Hospet in Karnataka.
    *Prime Minister Modi is inaugurating Superfast train which came to halt next day.
    *Chief Minister Yogi is addressing an election rally in Kerala.
    *Union Minister Piyush Goyal stitching an alliance in Tamil Nadu.
    * BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj famous for controversies occupied the front row the final journey of martyr Ajit Kumar Azad but waving from the truck carrying the mortal remains.
    When the nation is mourning and all the opposition parties extended support to the government, BJP has the only agenda of votes.
