Bengaluru, Jan 25: The Sonu Nigam music concert being organised by the Archdiocese of Bangalore in partnership with the Mysore Diocese at the St Joseph’s Indian High School grounds in Bengaluru on Sunday to raise funds for the rehabilitation of the families rendered homeless due to the floods and landslides in Kodagu and Kerala in August last year has been postponed.

The Public Relations Officer of the Bangalore Diocese J A Kanthraj has in a statement said the concert ``has been deferred due to unforeseen circumstances.’’

However, no other reasons have been given even though the Archbishop Dr Peter Machado, while addressing a news conference on Thursday, had claimed that the online ticket portal, BookMyShow, had already sold nearly 60% of the tickets.
