Udupi: Body of missing person found in well

Udupi, Nov 19: The body of a person who went missing two days ago has been found in a well in Manipal on Sunday, November 18.

The deceased has been identified as Ganesh Bhat (50). He was working in a hotel. He was a resident of Volkadu.

The police tracked the location of his mobile phone which helped them discover his body. Suicide has been suspected as the cause of his death.

Ganesh’s relatives identified the body. The body was fished out from the well by police with the help social activist Nithyanand Volkadu which was sent to mortuary.
