Instead of assaulting the poor guy, they could have assisted him in ATM operation. He is looks like not familiar with ATM!!!!! Anyway, this is not CERTAINLY being late but to loot his money , otherwise normally, who are waiting outside enquire the person regarding the difficulties and if needed helping him /her. Anyway this is the KARMA from a UNPAD person to UNPAD people towards Cashless /Degital India!!!!!

    Kamal,
Even in Kuwait some people take more than usual time to withdraw cash. But people wait would not jump on the person who is in the process of withdrawing.
I have noticed that ATM's in India demands more questions than what we face in Kuwait.
The culprits will be caught. Now the victim must give his version of complain and he can fix the culprit saying tried snatch his cash and he resisted fighting against them.
(I do not need fees for my suggestions

3 Culprits who assaulted an innocent for some delay, should be arrested. They have no right to assault anyone. These people might have tried to loot his money and he fought with them.

May be this man was not very familiar with the operational options/questions connected with cash withdrawal task. In such moment isn't that advisable to take help from someone standing in the Que?
Ashraf must have got infuriated and used filthy language out of frustration.

Dear Flavin, i think your statement is not correct. If some one takes some time to withdraw in ATM, it does not mean that you have to assault him. You might be hiding something. I doubt these three people are goondas and tried to grab money from an innocent person and the later one fought with them. The 3 culprits should be arrested for assaulting an innocent person. They have no right to touch him. Cant they wait for some time. They used to waste time in whatsap but have no time in the ATM. If someone is taking time to withdraw it might be due to his less knowledge. Instead of guiding him you should not assault him. Lucking the victim was alone, otherwise the culprits would have receive nice treatment from his friends. Now police should give them hospitality.

Some guys takes really long time to get their money or some other connected task irrespective of long ques behind them for withdrawal.
People should consider and respect rest of the guys need too.

With day temperatures soaring to 36 dC and high humidity people get agitated and jittery for having to wait for long, I am sure the victim might have tried their (assaulters) patience!!!

I am sure these three assaulted the man at ATM because of his delay to withdraw money but simply wanted his money?or start a fight and later harm him ,getaway with money.?Unfortunately or fortunately they didnt expect reaction from him and were not able to get off money.Nowadays Goondagiri has increased extreemely in mangalore.drugs make people aggressive.Oh wish our previous mangalore be again as before.without communal ,religious political hatredness ,peaceful and more friendly .
