M'luru: Srinivas Institute of Dental Sciences student council inaugurated, college magazine released

Mangaluru, Nov 7: The Student council 2018–19 of Srinivas Institute of Dental Sciences was inaugurated and the college magazine 'Reflections' was released recently at the college.

Chief guest, J Arun Chakravathy IPS, Inspector General of Police – western range emphasized on the negative impact of social media and effect of drug abuse on students.

CA A Raghavendra Rao, chancellor, Srinivas University extended his wishes and blessings for the occasion. Dr A Srinivas Rao, pro-chancellor, Srinivas University applauded the efforts of the students and explained the role of extra-curricular activities in the overall development of an individual.

Prof (Dr) Manoj Varma, dean, Srinivas Institute of Dental Sciences welcomed the gathering.

Dr Chandni and Dr Hemanth introduced the chief guests. Dr Sheehan Dsouza delivered the vote of thanks. Dr Natasha and Dr Nishith compered the programme. Dr Ajay Rao, registrar (development), Prof (Dr) Lavanya Varma, associate dean and Prof (Dr) Uday Kumar Rao, dean, Srinivas Institute of Medical Sciences were present at the function.
