Mangaluru: Kannada Rajyotsava celebrated at Bertrand Russell School

Mangaluru, Nov 1: Kannada Rajyotsava was celebrated on November 1 at Bertrand Russell English Medium High School.

The chief guest was Divakar Baikampady, PTA vice president, Vatsala, the principal, and Geetha, the administrative officer.

The chief guest inaugurated the ceremony by garlanding the Kannada bhoomi mathe photo and lighting the lamp in front of it.

The students of X std sang the Kannada song ‘Hachevu Kannadada Deepa’ written by the Kannada poet D S Karki.

All the students, teaching and non-teaching staff were present.
