Mangaluru, Oct 23: Heaven Rose, Mangaluru’s to professional unisex salon chain, will add one more parlour to its kitty with the grand inauguration of ‘Royal Heaven Rose Unisex Salon’ at Attavar on Thursday October 25 at 4 30 pm.
District-in-charge minister U T Khader will inaugurate the newly built salon, located at Ivory Enclave, Attavar. Mangaluru Mayor K Bhaskar Moily, former MLA J R Lobo, managing director of Mohtisham Developers S M Arshad and cine actress Sonal Monteiro will grace the grand opening as guests of honour.
Speaking to Daijiworld, Mustafa Premi, proprietor of Heaven Rose said, “We are glad to inform our clients that we are going to open our fifth branch in the city. For the past fifteen years we are in beauty industry and with the support of clients and well wishers we have grown tremendously. We believe that our standard and quality has attracted the customers and we aim to cater to their needs. Thanks to our clients and supporters, we have become one of the topmost salons in the city.”

Inspirational story of Mustafa Premi
Behind the success story of Heaven Rose, one cannot sideline the untold struggles of its proprietor Mustafa Premi. Hailing from Uttar Pradesh, Premi has never entered school due to poverty, as he was one among eight children to his parents. At the age of 6, his father made him to work in garage for a while, and then he moved to a lens company as a worker in his native.
Mustafa joined as an assistant in a salon in Bhatkal in 2003. Within three days he was sacked by the salon owner as he was consuming a lot of food. Mustafa repeatedly told him that he never got proper food in his native because of poverty. The owner ignored his pleas. Without a single penny in hand, he could not go back to his native.
He requested the salon owner to help him find an alternative solution which will help him earn. Mustafa joined as a helper in a salon in Mangaluru, and within a week he won the heart of the salon owner with his work, who hired him as a permanent staff. With his dedication and commitment towards work, Premi won the trust of his owner and within a month the owner entrusted him with the salon keys. After one year work at that salon, Mustafa planned to start his own salon.
With partnership of Ashraf a local resident, Mustafa opened his first salon at Falnir. It was a small salon which had two chairs and a mirror. But the magic he created with scissors while cutting hair and styling made him very popular and he had to expand the salon. Within a year he returned the entire investment of his partner and become independent owner of the shop. In 2009, he opened a professional full pledged unisex saloon at Empire Mall. Then in 2014, at City Centre and in 2016 at Forum Fiza mall.
Narrating his lifestyle Mustafa says, “In my childhood I cried a lot to go to school. But poverty did not allow the same. Being a member of big family, I got proper food only twice in three days. But I always dreamed big things. These dreams made me an entrepreneur today. I studied the lifestyle of people who have failed, because my intention was to learn why they failed and how they failed and not commit the same mistakes. However, in spite of success I have not forgotten my roots and poverty. I believe a person should be healthy and mentally rich. If a person is fit physically and mentally, then calling him poor on the basis of his financial background does not make sense.“
