Fuel prices cut down across the country for fourth consecutive day


New Delhi, Oct 21 (Agencies) : In a little relief for people of the country, after continuous upward trends of petrol and diesel prices around the country, now the trend has reversed. The fuel prices have been dropped for the consecutive fourth day as the petrol is being sold at Rs 81.74 per litre in Delhi after a cut of Rs 0.25 and Diesel at Rs 75.19 per litre after the deduction of Rs 0.17. While in Mumbai the petrol costs at Rs 87.21 per litre after a cut of Rs 25 paise and diesel rate dropped by 18 paise and marked at Rs 78.82 per litre.

The news agency ANI reported that “Petrol and diesel prices in Delhi are Rs 81.74 per litre (decrease by Rs 0.25) and Rs 75.19 per litre (decrease by Rs 0.17), respectively. While in Mumbai, Petrol and diesel prices are Rs 87.21 per litre (decrease by Rs 0.25) and Rs 78.82 per litre (decrease by Rs 0.18) respectively.

    Does this decrease will give any relief to the Petrol and Diesel user....???? Why publicize this kind of decrease...???? Let them bring back the price to the level or less than this BJP took over in 2014, and let them boast about decrease in price...

    100% it's a pre-planned move.
    Why our government did not oblige to control the prices sence long.
    To win peoples confidence this the right move before the elections.
    Always surviving with multi-faceted implimentations.

    Not good decision at all. Keep price of petrol and diesel standard...both Rs.100/-. So much debt paid...to other countries...still reduced price of fuel. Walla..only able government can do it.
    Agli baar modi sarkaar...2 0 1 9...upto 2 0 3 0.
    Latter on handover to Amit Shah..as done in relay race.
