Kundapur, Oct 14: A man who was sitting on the protective wall of a well and playing on his mobile accidentally fell in the well and died.
The deceased is identified as Gundiholi Basrur resident Bhaskar Poojary (21), son of Sheena Poojary.
It is said that Bhaskar was addicted to games on mobile and playing on the wall of the well near Basrur welding shop at late Friday night when the incident took place.
A case stands registered in Kundapur rural police station.
