Mangaluru: Mount Carmel Central School holds UKG graduation day

Mangaluru, Mar 28: There was a spontaneous standing ovation from the audience as the smart kindergarten graduates of Mount Carmel Central School marched into the auditorium along with the dignitaries on the morning of Wednesday, March 28. The broad smiles of the parents itself signified the celebration of the day.

The graduates in their prayer praised and glorified God for the blessings received. The audience was welcomed through words, music and movement. Sr Melissa, the principal was indeed proud and privileged as she led the little graduates in taking their pledge.

The graduation song sung by UKG graduates had in it numerous voices and pitches but just one sentiment ‘Thank you’ which was deeply felt by all.

A graduate from each section expressed sentiments in his own expressive words which was gratifying and heart-warming.

Along with conferring the little ones with their graduation scrolls, the school deemed it an honour to felicitate the newly elected, the honourable mayor K Bhasker Moily. Mayor in his message appreciated, acknowledged and applauded the zeal and hard work of the management and staff. 

The graduates were then honoured with certificates, section wise by the chief guest mayor Bhaskar Moily, joint secretary Sr Maria Jyothi AC PTA vice president Sandeep D’Souza, administrator Sr Carissima AC. The Principal blessed all the graduates, applauded the staff member’s passion in their profession and acknowledged the trust and the accompanying presence of the parents. The Nursery and LKG kids entertained the crowd with their mesmerising dances and action songs. 

The programme which began on a vibrant note ended on an ever smiling, load of flash lights from cameras and thank you. There was joy and joy all around. An aura of satisfaction was felt deep down.
