Mangaluru, Jan 25: The foundation stone laying ceremony for 'Inland Apeiron' luxury apartments, a project by In-Land Infrastructure Developers Pvt Ltd, was held here on Wednesday January 25 at Pinto's Lane near Bunts Hostel.
Puja was performed by Giridhar Bhat, priest of Shree Venkatramana Temple. Dua was performed by Yahya Madani of Al Hazariya Madrasa, Bunder while parish priest Fr Wilson D'Souza invoked god's blessings and blessed the foundation stone.
Managing director of In-Land Builders Siraj Ahmed said, "This apartment complex comprises 29 flats with 3 BHK, 2 BHK and 2.5 BHK rooms, which is a new concept. If customers cannot afford 3 BHK, then they can opt for 2.5 BHK which consists of two bedrooms and a study. This apartment is upscale and modernised and it is located in a prime place at Pinto's Lane."
Chandrahas Hegde who has booked an entire floor of the apartment complex handed over a cheque to In-Land director Meraj Yusuf.
