Mangaluru: Bhandary Builders' 'Vijaya Enclave', 'Bhandary Garden' inaugurated

Mangaluru, Mar 6: Bhandary Builders' latest project, 'Bhandary Vijaya Enclave' residential apartments, located near Mannagudda here was inaugurated on Sunday March 6.

Another project 'Bhandary Garden' was inaugurated at Mangaladevi the same morning.

A J Shetty, chairman, AJ Group, and Sadananda Shetty, chairman, Shree Devi Institutions inaugurated the new project along with the other dignitaries by lighting the lamp.

Addressing the gathering, A J Shetty said, "Bhandary Builders founder and director Lakshmish Bhandary has given very good projects to the city. Such projects are essential to increase the beauty of the city. Mangaluru will be developed into a Smart City, and in this direction there will be increase in the number of factories and other enterprises. To cater to the housing needs of people working in these industries and enterprises, such projects are essential. I congratulate and wish Lakshmish Bhandary all success in his business endeavours."

Shashidar Hegde, former mayor said, "Mangaluru is growing at a high pace. It has been recognized as one of the important and most developed cities in the state. We have been developing infrastructure like roads, drainage and water facilities with foresight. There is healthy competition in the field of construction. While we are building good roads and footpaths, builders are contributing in the beautification of the city with good projects. I wish Bhandary Builders all success."
