Mangaluru, Dec 14: The foundation stone laying ceremony for ‘Rosary Cottage’ by Nidhi Land Infrastructure Developers was held on Monday, December 14 at Kulshekar here.
The site was blessed by Fr Victor Machado, the parish priest of Holy Cross Church, Cordel, Kulshekar.
The foundation stone for ‘Rosary Cottage’ was laid by district in-charge minister B Ramanath Rai.
Addressing the gathering Ramanath Rai said, "Dakshina Kannada is known to be a literate district. Mangaluru is a city which has earned recognition all over the world because of its hard working, sincere and business-oriented people. MLA Lobo was the commissioner of Mangaluru City Corporation, and he knows all the geographical aspects of this city. I wish peace and happiness to all the families who will be residing here and also congratulate Nidhi Land on the foundation laying ceremony of this venture."
Mangaluru south MLA J R Lobo launched the brochure. Lobo addressing the gathering stressed on the importance and need of capital flow into the city. "We should try to retain the good brand name of the city. There are so many projects coming up in Mangaluru and there is great need for investment to flow into the city whcich will create more jobs," Lobo said.
Bramha Kumari Vishweshwari blessed the occasion and congratulated Nidhi Land Builders.
