Mangaluru: Landmark launches 'Green County' apartment project at Bolar

Mangaluru, Apr 12: 'Landmark Green County', a luxury apartment project by Landmark Infratech located at Bolar, was launched here on Saturday April 11.

The project was launched by MLA J R Lobo.

Addressing the gathering, J R Lobo said, "Landmark is providing good, quality apartments to people. The customers who buy Landmark apartments get their money's worth with their ideal locations and top-end amenities. Landmark has succeeded in keeping the faith of its customers since 2002."

He further added, "Ninety-nine percent of the builders give quality projects and never cheat their customers. Though sometimes there may be unavoidable delays in construction, they never let their customers down. Mangaluru is a growing city where basic facilities are necesary. By constructing residential projects, builders are doing a kind of social service as housing is also a basic necessity.

"Everyone involved in real estate industry should succeed, as this will boost development of the city. As citizens it is our duty to support development. Let us be open-minded and support the builders. I will all success to Landmark's new project," he added.

MUDA chairman Ibrahim Kodijal said, "Landmark is providing buildings that are not only of top quality but also equipped with the latest amenities. The MUDA, the corporation and the government will provide all support to anyone doing good work. It is our duty. As chairman of MUDA I get so many calls from people who are willing to invest in Mangaluru, but they hesitate saying there is communal disharmony here. Hence it is our duty to restore peace and harmony in the district."

Former deputy mayor Kavita, CREDAI president D B Mehta, co-promoter Rashid Yusuf, senior architect Manoj Ladad, Landmark MD G Shabbir, K S Mohammed Masood were present.
