Dear Mrs. Janet D'souza, Congrulations for electing as a VP of State for Minority Commission from Kirem.
    One Suggestion :
    1. Explain the procedures to avail, Govt grants such as Scholarships to Christian Minority Students of Primary and Secondary
as fees are too much nowadays and certain parents cannot afford to pay huge fees.

Congratulations Janet D'Souza for being appointed VP of state Minority Commission
    Few suggestions:
    1. Explain the procedures to avail, Govt grants such as free loan to Christian Minority Students for higher education.
    2. Since most of our people are working, and for the procedural hurdles, they are not availing the grants sanctioned by Govt. there the grant amount goes back to Govt defeating its purpose.
    3. Set up help desk at every parish community center to avail such facilities. Otherwise grants remains in paper only not benefiting bonafide citizens.

Most of the minority schemes availed by many. most important we should understand the schemes available for us. The Bombay Catholic Sabha, and CCO of every parish ready to extend the required help. But for that too we require active participation from every christian and minorities of other religious traditions to understand and promote these schemes to our parishioners. you can contact your parish BCS unit or contact Mr. Anand Castelinho at BCS Centre, Mahim Church.
