Get taste of Naga chilli burger in the capital


New Delhi, Aug 3 (IANS): Dzukou Tribal Kitchen, a restaurant known for serving Naga cuisine, is hosting a burger fest titled Raja Mircha Burger Festival, which will begin here on Tuesday.

On till August 24, the festival will offer two variants in vegetarian and non-vegetarian categories. In the non-vegetarian category, foodies have the option of chicken and pork. The burgers are topped up with a sauce made from the Naga King chilli.

“We are trying to give a new taste of burger in Naga style to the food lovers in this festival. Hope this would be interesting burger festival experience to all the visitors," Karen Yepthomi, head chef and owner of Dzukou Tribal Kitchen, said in a statement.
