Child injured in Kolkata blast


Kolkata, Aug 3 (IANS): A three-year-old boy was injured after a crude bomb kept inside a box on the road here exploded on Monday, police said.

The incident happened under Tala police station area.

"The bomb was kept in a box lying near the road. When the child opened it, the bomb exploded injuring him. The child has been admitted to R.G. Kar Hospital," said a police officer.
