Heavy rains lash Ladakh

Srinagar, July 20 (IANS): Heavy rains have lashed Ladakh region in Jammu and Kashmir, damaging four houses, officials said on Monday.

The downpour occurred in an area some 12 km from Leh town late Sunday, a police officer said. No one was killed in the rain fury.
