Report and pics from Rajtilak Naik in Panaji
Daijiworld Media Network - Goa (MB)

Panaji, Mar 19: Although it required getting up early, the otherwise 'Susegad' Goenkars shirked the sleep off and got into the mood of watching a rare solar spectacle, the partial solar eclipse, on Monday, March 19 morning.

Although crowds gathered in different places using different modes to beat the ultra-violet effects of the rays while viewing the sun, the most popular spot was the roof terrace of the Junta House in the state capital.

Most of them felt that although the eclipse was 'partial', everyone enjoyed viewing it to the 'maximum'.
