Puttur, Oct 23: ICYM Uppinangady, Lions Club Nelyadi and Mata Diagnostic Lab, Nelyadi jointly organized a blood grouping camp at St Philomena School at Uppinangady near h ere on Sunday October 22.
The camp was inaugurated by Jaycee Dr Govindprasad Kaje of Sanjeevini Clinic, Uppinangady. Fr John Vas, parish priest of Our Lady, Virgin of the Poor Church Uppinangady presided over the inaugural function. Somanath, former president of Dakshina Kannada ZP was the chief guest on the occasion.
Lion Jerald Mascarenhas, president, Lions Club, Nelyadi welcomed the gathering while Uppinangady ICYM president Prakash Pais proposed the vote of thanks.
