Established in 2026, the venture is led by founders and partners Sheldon D'Souza, Joyan Noronha and Sahana Shetty. The grand opening was hosted by Shama Vazid and attended by the founders' families, well-wishers and prominent personalities from the architecture, construction and business sectors.

The inauguration ceremony was also attended by members of the founders' families, including Herald D'Souza and Felly D'Souza, Arthur D'Souza and Mabel D'Souza, Julina Noronha, Frankie Correia and Lilian Correia, and Sampath Kumar Shetty and Hemalatha Shetty, who took part in the special opening ceremony.

The various sections of the showroom were inaugurated by members of the founders' families and distinguished personalities from the industry, including architect Supreeth Alva; D.B. Mehta, CEO of Allegro Builders; Gokul Raj, proprietor of Gokul Raj Associates; Dr Rohan Monteiro, managing director and founder of Rohan Corporation; Akshay Shetty of Akshay Associates; architect Gulshan Rai of Gulshan Rai Architects & Co.; and Roger Pinto of Mack Associates.

A special blessing ceremony was held as part of the inauguration, with Infant Jesus Church superior Fr Melvin D'Cunha and retired Fr Gregory D'Souza offering prayers and blessings for the new venture. Holy water was sprinkled across the premises, with prayers offered for the prosperity of the business, its founders, employees and customers.
