Diyarbakir, Sep 3: A man climbed the exterior of a building in Türkiye’s Diyarbakir city to rescue a girl who was left dangling from a third-floor balcony.
The dramatic rescue was carried out by the girl’s neighbour, who free-climbed the building to reach her and pull her to safety.
Witnesses captured the incident on camera, with footage showing the neighbour scaling the building and rescuing the girl from the balcony.
The circumstances that led to the girl dangling from the balcony were not immediately clear.
