Mangaluru, Aug 12: Members of the Young Democrats, Dakshina Kannada District Youth Assembly, staged a protest in Mangaluru after a banner and flags put up in connection with their protest were removed.

Strongly objecting to the removal, the District Youth Assembly members gathered at the same spot and expressed their anger over the action. The protesters questioned the removal of the banner and demanded that their right to hold a peaceful protest be respected.
