Karkala, Jul 22: A career guidance program was organized for students at Christ King Pre-University College in Karkala with the objective of motivating them to set clear career goals and prepare for future opportunities.

Personality development trainer Keerthan was the resource person for the program. Addressing the students, he emphasized the importance of focusing on a single goal rather than pursuing multiple ambitions simultaneously.

Keerthan advised students to work with dedication, commitment and concentration towards achieving their chosen objective. "When we possess excellent skills, opportunities naturally come in search of us. Students must mould themselves according to the opportunities and changing demands of society. While striving for success, they should not be discouraged by failures but continue their journey with determination," he said.

Viola Stanley, a second-year commerce student, introduced the guest, while Keerthan D'Souza compered the programme.

The programme was attended by the college's vice principal and head of the department of commerce, Dr Prakash Bhat, who was present on the dais.
