Mangaluru: Srinivas University's Institute of Aviation Studies organises glass painting contest

Mangaluru, Jul 6: The Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University, organised a glass painting contest on July 2 for the students of BBA Aviation Management and BBA Aviation and Logistics Management. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 60 students, who showcased their creativity and artistic talent through beautiful glass paintings on themes of their own choice.

The competition featured a wide variety of artworks reflecting the students' imagination, originality, and artistic skills, making the event vibrant and inspiring. It provided an excellent platform for participants to express themselves creatively while promoting healthy competition and holistic development.

The winners of the competition were Fathimath Shahana Sherin from second year BBA Aviation and Logistics Management, who secured the first place. Santhra T S from third year BBA Aviation Management and Ijas Ahammed B from second year BBA Aviation and Logistics Management shared the second place, while Vaishnavy M Baburaj from third year BBA Aviation Management and Fathima Nuha from second year BBA Aviation Management secured the third place.

The event was successfully organised under the guidance and support of the Dr Pavithra Kumari, dean, Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University, SWO, HODs, cultural coordinators, faculty members, student coordinators and staff members. Their encouragement and coordination ensured the smooth execution of the event.
