Udupi: SMVITM to conduct KEA–CET 2026 admission awareness and guidance sessions

Udupi, Jun 9: Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology & Management (SMVITM), Bantakal, Udupi, an autonomous institution affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), is organizing a series of Awareness and Guidance Sessions on KEA–CET 2026 Admissions for students and parents.

The initiative aims to provide comprehensive information on the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) CET 2026 admission and counselling process. The sessions will cover key aspects such as option entry, seat allotment, fee payment, college reporting procedures, and important DO’s and DON'Ts to be followed during the admission process.

The programme is scheduled to be held at the following venues:

. June 12, 2026 (Friday), 9:30 AM – Creative College, Karkala

. June 13, 2026 (Saturday), 2:00 PM – Sri Venkataramana Pre-University College, Kundapura

. June 18, 2026 (Thursday), 9:30 AM – Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology & Management, Bantakal, Udupi

During the sessions, the resource person will provide detailed guidance on various stages of the KEA–CET admission and counselling process, helping students understand the procedures and make informed decisions regarding their higher education and professional course admissions.

All KEA–CET aspirants seeking admission to engineering and other professional programmes, along with their parents, are cordially invited to participate in the sessions and make the best use of this valuable opportunity.
