Mumbai, Mar 21: The Intralogistics & Warehousing Expo 2026 is set to take place from May 14 to 16 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, bringing together key stakeholders from the warehousing, logistics and supply chain sectors.

Organised by Future Market Events, the exhibition enters its fifth edition and is regarded as one of South Asia’s largest platforms for the industry.

More than 275 exhibitors are expected to participate, showcasing over 1,500 products and solutions across segments such as warehouse management, automation, material handling, robotics, storage systems and supply chain technologies.

The event is likely to attract a wide spectrum of participants, including manufacturers, logistics companies, retailers, e-commerce firms and pharmaceutical organisations.

The expo will be held alongside two co-located events — the Material Handling Expo and the Pharma Supply Chain Expo — offering a comprehensive platform covering multiple aspects of industrial and logistics operations.

In addition to the exhibition, two parallel conferences — the Warehousing & Supply Chain Summit and the Pharma Supply Chain Summit — will be organised, focusing on key themes such as automation, digital transformation, cold chain logistics and supply chain resilience.

The Pharma Supply Chain Summit, themed “Powering Pharma Supply Chain: From Strategy to Execution,” will highlight strategies to build efficient and compliant distribution systems within the pharmaceutical sector.

Senior industry professionals are expected to participate as speakers, sharing insights and practical experiences, while a dedicated CEO roundtable will bring together leaders and policymakers to discuss sectoral challenges and opportunities.
