Mangaluru, Feb 8: Srinivas University has awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) to Ponni Thomas for her research thesis titled Role of Consumer Awareness In Buying Decisions For Eco-Friendly Products: A Study In Bengaluru City.

Ponni Thomas completed her research study under the guidance of Narayan Kayarkatte. The Viva-Voce examination was held on January 24.

Ponni Thomas currently serves as an assistant professor at Christu Jayanthi College, Bengaluru. She is the daughter of Thomas N C and Jijimol of Kottayam.
