Udupi, Feb 2: Prajwal B R, a sixth semester Computer Science student of Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management (SMVITM), Bantakal, and an active National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteer, brought pride to the institution by representing the Karnataka State NSS contingent at the Republic Day Parade held on January 26 at the Manekshaw Parade Ground, Bengaluru.

Prajwal participated in the grand parade as part of the Karnataka State NSS contingent, showcasing discipline, unity, and commitment through an impressive march past. His participation reflected the spirit of patriotism and dedication upheld by NSS volunteers across the state.

In a moment of great achievement, the Karnataka State NSS contingent secured the first prize for excellent march past during the parade event. The outstanding performance of the contingent was widely appreciated by dignitaries and spectators present at the venue.

The management, faculty members, NSS unit, and students of SMVITM, Bantakal, have congratulated Prajwal B R for his remarkable achievement and for bringing laurels to the institution at the state level.
