Mangaluru, Jan 10: St Theresa’s School conducted a meaningful cabinet members’ orientation programme on January 10 to guide and inspire its newly elected student leaders. The programme marked the beginning of their leadership journey, emphasising the values of humility, discipline, responsibility, and service.
The programme began on a solemn note with an opening address highlighting the importance of leadership rooted in service. This was followed by a soulful prayer song rendered by the school choir, invoking God’s blessings and guidance upon the young leaders and setting a reverent tone for the day.


















The chief speaker for the occasion, Dhiren A Kunder, city head for Dakshina Kannada at WiZdom Ed, was accorded a warm welcome. A sapling was presented to him by the respected principal, Sr Lourdes, symbolising growth, responsibility, and sustainability. The gracious presence of the principal, vice principal Sr Vidya, teachers, and the newly elected cabinet members added dignity and grace to the event.
In his inspiring address, Kunder encouraged the cabinet members to develop essential leadership skills, practise discipline, and approach their responsibilities with integrity and confidence. His practical insights and real-life experiences left a lasting impression on the young leaders.
As a token of appreciation, the vice principal, Sr Vidya, presented a memento to the chief guest. The programme then moved towards its conclusion with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the management, the resource person, the staff, and all those who contributed to the success of the programme.
The orientation programme concluded with a motivating message, wishing the newly elected cabinet members a purposeful and impactful leadership journey. The event proved to be enriching and inspiring, laying a strong foundation for responsible and value-based student leadership at St Theresa’s School.
