Mangaluru, Jan 6: Dr Suman Antony Lasrado, lecturer in Computer Science at Mount Carmel Central School, Mangaluru has been awarded the PhD doctorate in Computer Science by the University of Mysore for his doctoral thesis titled “An Early Prediction & Classification of Lung Cancer Disease Using Data Mining Techniques”. The doctoral degree was conferred during the convocation ceremony held at the university on January 5.
The research was carried out under the guidance of Dr G N K Suresh Babu, professor, Department of Computer Science, Srishti College of Commerce and Management, Bengaluru.
