Udupi: Two students held in Manipal for ganja possession

Udupi, Nov 23: Police raided two hostels in Manipal and arrested two students, seizing 727 grams of ganja worth about Rs 36,000 and a mobile phone valued at Rs 30,000.

The arrested students have been identified as Kushkeyush Patel (20) from Gujarat and Devansh Tyagi (22) from Uttar Pradesh.

According to police, the accused had stocked the ganja with the intention of selling it to students in Manipal. A case has been registered at the Manipal police station.
