Bantwal: Two killed, five injured as car rams traffic circle in B C Road

Bantwal, Nov 15: Two people died on the spot and five others sustained injuries after an Innova car rammed into the main B C Road circle on Saturday early morning.

The car, which was travelling from Bengaluru to Mangaluru, crashed directly into the Brahmashree Narayana Guru Circle at around 5 am in B C Road.

The impact was so severe that two occupants died on the spot, while five others were injured.

The vehicle was completely damaged in the accident. It is said that the occupants of the car were residents of Bengaluru, though further details are yet to be ascertained.

Bantwal traffic police visited the location and removed the damaged vehicle from the road.
