Representing India, Gladys Pais proved her mettle by excelling across multiple track and field events. She bagged a gold medal in the 200m hurdles, a silver medal in triple jump, and bronze medals in both the 80m hurdles and 200m race.

Her outstanding performance brought pride to the nation’s Masters athletics contingent, reflecting her dedication, perseverance, and the enduring competitive spirit of India’s veteran athletes.
