Mangaluru, Oct 31: The campus of St Agnes PU College came alive with energy, laughter, and celebration as the college observed Students’ Day — a day dedicated to honouring the heart and soul of the institution: its students.
The auditorium echoed with a spirit of gratitude as the celebration began with a soulful prayer song by the staff, invoking divine blessings for every student. What followed was a beautiful blend of talent, creativity, and youthful zest. The celebration began with a warm and creative welcome extended by the college cabinet, setting a cheerful and enthusiastic tone for the day.
Students of I PU and II PU then took centre stage, presenting a series of captivating performances woven around themes such as beauty, love, friendship, breakups, college life, and celebrations. Each performance reflected the vibrant emotions, creativity, and togetherness that define student life.
Adding to the excitement, several exceptionally talented students showcased their special skills, earning cheers and applause from their peers and mentors alike.
The programme was gracefully hosted by Dieya, Neha, Alisha and Shanel, whose lively anchoring and confident presence kept the audience thoroughly engaged. Their eloquence and seamless coordination ensured that every moment sparkled with energy.
The day continued with a sumptuous lunch, followed by the prize distribution ceremony graced by Shabnam, PTA vice-president and the members of the PTA executive committee. Shabnam felicitated the achievers for their excellence and dedication.
In a touching finale, the teachers surprised the students with a lively variety programme, expressing their love and appreciation through music, dance, and laughter. The gesture truly made the students feel cherished and celebrated.
