According to police, the incident occurred on the morning of October 14, around 11:30 a.m., when the young woman, a first-year BA student from Dnyanopasak College, Jintur, was sitting with her friend, identified as Maruti Kharat, under a tree in Itoli village after visiting the Bhogaw Devi temple.
