Mangaluru author Reshel Bretny Fernandes honoured with prestigious J Maurus award at Pune

Mangaluru, Sep 20: Reshel Bretny Fernandes, a prolific young author and orator from Mangaluru, has been honoured with the prestigious J Maurus Award at the 30th National Convention of the Indian Catholic Press Association (ICPA) held in Pune, Maharashtra.

She received the award for her book titled “Bharat at 2047: Role of Youth.” The recognition included a memento, certificate, and a cash prize.

The J Maurus Award is conferred upon young talents for their outstanding contribution to literature and thought leadership, and Reshel’s work was commended for its insightful vision on the role of youth in shaping India’s future.
