Udupi, Sep 3: On the joyous occasion of Krishna Janmashtami, Daijiworld Udupi brings to you two delightful photo contests – “Yashodha Krishna” and “Benne Krishna” – celebrating the divine bond between mother and child, and the playful spirit of little Krishna.

Daijiworld Udupi, Kishoo Enterprises has always organized photo contests during festive occasions and especially during Krishna Janmashtami for the little Krishnas. The cute children dressed as Lord Krishna were a feast to watch. The concept of Yashoda Krishna brings out the bond of mother and child in picturesque portraits. Daijiworld Udupi, Kishoo Enterprises giving opportunity to both the category of participants has organized "Yashoda Krishna" for 0 to 2 years age category and "Benner Krishna" for 2 to 6 years of age group. The winners will be awarded with first, second and third prizes and 3 consolation prizes in both the categories.

Yashodha Krishna photo contest

Age group of child: 0 to 2 years (as on or before September 18, 2025)

Mother’s age: Must be 22 years or above

Submission criteria:

Submit 3 natural photographs featuring the mother and child together in Yashodha-Krishna attire, captured in 3 different poses.

Benne Krishna photo contest

Age group of child: 2 to 6 years (as on or before September 18, 2025)

Theme: The photo theme must revolve around butter (benne) – showcasing the mischief and playfulness of Krishna.

Submission criteria:

Send 3 natural photographs of the child in 3 different poses with butter as the central theme.

General rules and guidelines:

· Edited or watermarked photographs will not be accepted.

· Photos must be recent, unedited, natural, and of high quality.

· Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in photo creation is strictly prohibited.

· A copy of the child’s birth certificate must be attached.

· A copy of the mother’s ID proof must also be attached (for Yashodha Krishna).

· Each entry must include the contestant’s name, parents' names, complete postal address, and contact number.

· The decision of the judges will be final.

· Last date for submission: September 18, 2025

· Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
