Mangaluru, Aug 23: Srinivas University – Research and Innovation Council organised Research Conclave on August 23, at Hotel Srinivas. It was a get-together programme of all the research scholars, guides and deans with the chancellor, pro chancellor, vice chancellor and research administrators of the university.
The programmes was inaugurated and presided by honourable chancellor of the Srinivas University Dr CA A Raghavendra Rao. He said, we want each of you to rise and succeed in life. Through your research, prove to the world the excellence of Srinivas University. Let your thoughts be focused on innovation and development—pursue deeper research and strive for continuous self-improvement. With dedication and hard work, achieve more, grow more, and make a lasting impact."
















Honourable pro chancellor of Srinivas University Dr A Srinivas Rao addressed the gathering and said, "Research should serve the greater good of society. Therefore, our focus must be on product-oriented research that leads to real-world solutions. Begin by understanding the significance and potential impact of your chosen topic - refine the idea, develop it with purpose, and contribute meaningfully to the progress of society.
Vice chancellor of Srinivas University Dr Sathyanarayana Reddy said, there are three principles: I know, I don’t know, and I know that I don’t know. Invention is the foundation that leads to innovation, and we should work on these three principles to grow, discover, and create meaningful change.
Srinivas University academic & development registrar Dr Adithya Kumar Mayya said, "It is the dream of our chancellor sir to see Srinivas University earn a distinguished name in research at the global level. To turn this vision into reality, we must unite, dedicate ourselves to excellence, and work together with purpose and passion."
Srinivas University development registrar Dr Ajay Kumar said, "When we take the initiative to explore and experiment, innovation often follows - sometimes from the most unexpected attempts. We never know which idea or experiment might lead to a breakthrough. So, keep researching, keep exploring, and together, let’s grow and shape a better future."
Srinivas University health science research director Dr Suchetha Kumari spoke about the innovation in the science field. Director of Srinivas University – research and innovation council Dr Praveen B M – read the annual research report of the university and gave the statistics of the publications, patents and copyrights of the university.
Srinivas University registrar Dr Anil Kumar welcomed the gathering and Srinivas University research coordinator Dr Shailashree expressed the vote of thanks. Dr Shwetha Pai and Prof Rohan compered the programme.
