New Delhi, Aug 8: A day after finding himself in the midst of a legal storm, rapper-singer Yo Yo Honey Singh has dropped a fresh music video, One Thousand Miles, in collaboration with music giant T-Series.

The release comes close on the heels of the Punjab State Women’s Commission issuing him a notice over the alleged use of derogatory and objectionable language towards women in his recent track Millionaire. Singh has been asked to appear before the commission on August 11, 2025. The panel also sent a similar summons to singer Karan Aujla over his song MF Gabhru.

Taking to Instagram on Friday, Singh shared the video link of One Thousand Miles with the caption, "One Song, Endless Love! #OneThousandMiles Video out now #tseries #BhushanKumar @yoyohoneysingh @mandy.takhar @itsrdm @rdmmedia @mihirgulati" – signalling his focus on music despite the ongoing controversy.

The new release is a recreation from Singh’s 2014 hit album Desi Kalakaar, which also featured chartbusters like Love Dose and I'm Your DJ Tonight. In the latest video, Honey Singh plays a man haunted by visions of his late girlfriend, portrayed by Mandy Takhar, who keeps calling him – blurring the line between reality and hallucination.

Meanwhile, Millionaire remains under scrutiny, being part of Singh’s 2024 comeback album Glory, which included popular tracks such as Payal, Jatt Mehkma, Bonita, and High On Me.

Despite the legal heat, Singh’s latest move makes it clear – the show goes on.
