Mangaluru, Aug 2: 'Annettes Meet 2025' was held on July 31 at St Ann's High School, Bolar. It was a wonderful occasion to create a special bond between the students who have passed out of the portals of the school and the school that nurtured them. The headmistress, Sr Ruby D'Souza AC, welcomed the gathering with warm words of welcome.

The programme began with a prayer service led by the students of class 10 who prayed for the graces and the blessings of the Almighty on the occasion. A prayer dance created an atmosphere of a prayer. Entertaining games were conducted by teachers Sarah Veigas and Iral Lobo. The students of class 10 A presented a scintillating dance with the wonderful message to accept life with all its joys and sorrows.

A brief insight on the activities of the school place before the Annettes. A moment of silent respect was paid to two of the teachers that passed away Dr Vaman Nandavar and Carmelita Sequeira.

Three of the Annettes, Aysha Isma, Shreya and Sahana shared their wonderful memories of their school days and thanked the teachers for their care. The programme was compered by Veena Lobo.
