Home minister Dr G Parameshwara visits Belman Durga Parameshwari Temple with family

Karkala, Jul 8: Karnataka home minister Dr G Parameshwara paid a visit to the historic Sri Durga Parameshwari Temple at Belman in Karkala taluk, accompanied by his family. The visit was pre-scheduled as a personal affair, and the minister did not attend or host any political or official meetings during his time in Karkala.

Arriving early in the morning, Dr G Parameshwara and his family took part in the special Chandika Homa being performed at the temple. In addition to the homa, Dr Parameshwara participated with devotion in various ongoing religious rituals and poojas held at the shrine.

The temple administration and priests warmly welcomed Parameshwara and his family and briefed him about the special poojas and ceremonies being conducted on the occasion.
