Bantwal: Driver dies after car rams electric pole; vehicle completely mangled

Bantwal, May 27: In a tragic incident, a driver lost his life after the car he was driving rammed into an electric pole.

The deceased has been identified as Jayanth Gowda, a resident of Bhandarakotige in Manchi and a staff member at the canteen of a private hospital in Thumbay.

The car was completely mangled in the impact, and the electric pole also sustained damage.

Police visited the spot and conducted an investigation.
