Mangaluru, Apr 30: The ultra-modern 'Kailash' residential complex, constructed by Bhargavi Builders near Kottara Malemar, Mangaluru, was inaugurated by Shashidhar Pai Maroor of Maroor Aluminium & Interiors on Wednesday, April 30.
Architect Suresh Pai of Nayak & Pai Associates inaugurated the indoor games facility, while CA Sundar Hegde inaugurated the gym.
Flat owners Gururaj Udupa and Vanitha Udupa lit the ceremonial lamp.
Children's Play Area was inaugurated by Brand Ambassador of Kailash, renowned actor Aravind Bolar.
Advocate Gopal Maniyani, Bhargavi Builders' owners Bhaskar Gadiyar and Bhargavi Gadiyar, co-promoter Srivatsa Kojapady, former corporator Shashidhar Hegde, Anand Prabhu, proprietor of Kasharp Fitness, Rama Kamath & Co proprietor Shromith Kamath, Devi Dayal Construction proprietor Jagadeesh Shetty, Subramanya Bhat, SBI Manager Sacchidananda Swaroop, and others were present.
