Mangaluru: Vijaya College alumni donate for institution upgrade

Mangaluru, Sep 11 (RBI): The 1982 batch of BCom alumni from Vijaya College, Mulki, visited the institution today. In a generous gesture, they donated Rs 1 lac to the college's trust, aiming to support the enhancement of college infrastructure, faculty, and student welfare.

The donation was handed over to principal Srimathi Shetty.

The alumni present at the event included Mohanadasa Hejamadi (executive committee member of the Mumbai chapter of the Vijaya College Alumni Association), Chandrahasa Shetty, Bhaskara Gadiyar, Nirendra Attavara, Krishnananda Sharma, Yadav Suvarna, Vagdevi Kanchan, Kavitha Shetty, Chandravathi, and Premlatha Shetty, among others.
