Kundapur, May 4: "The debt owed to global leader Narendra Modi, who spearheaded the construction of the majestic Rama Mandir in Ayodhya, annulled the special status of Kashmir, and implemented the CAA, should be repaid. Voting for BJP candidates is essential to safeguard our nation and religion, and Narendra Modi should be reinstated as Prime Minister,” asserted Hindu leader Arun Kumar Puthila from Puttur.

Addressing BJP's massive roadshow in Siddapur on Saturday, May 4, Puthila criticized the state government, labelling it as 'fanatic’. “Incidents of murder and assaults on women are on the rise in the state. Therefore, it is imperative to teach the Congress party a lesson by electing the BJP,” he emphasized.

Mangaluru MLA Vedavyas Kamath emphasized the importance of unity in the current elections. “Our nation's security is paramount. This can only be ensured under the leadership of Narendra Modi. His swift action to protect and repatriate 26,585 Indian students during the Ukraine-Russia war demonstrates his capabilities,” Kamath praised. He urged voters to strengthen Modi's leadership by giving a significant lead to B Y Raghavendra.

Adding to the discourse, BJP leader Kota Srinivas Poojary highlighted the initiatives undertaken during BJP rule, such as the formation of the Narayana Guru Corporation and provisions for backward classes and fishermen. “While Siddaramaiah promised 10 kg of rice, he failed to deliver. In contrast, the Modi government provides 25 lac quintals of rice every month to the poor in Karnataka,” Poojary underscored. He also emphasized BJP's respect for Dr Ambedkar and accused Congress of betraying his legacy.

Udupi MLA Yashpal Suvarna echoed the sentiment, stating, “Modi's actions resonate globally. Booth-level efforts are crucial for Modi's victory. Let us secure victory by winning each booth.”

Byndoor MLA Gururaj Gantihole pledged to ensure a lead of one lac votes from Byndoor. “We will escort Modi to Kollur. Byndoor voters will play a significant role in this endeavour,” he affirmed, envisioning prosperity through the Mookambika Corridor."

Kundapur MLA Kiran Kodgi, district BJP president Kishore Kumar, Mandala president Deepak Kumar Shetty, district panchayat former member Rohit Shetty, Yuva Morcha district president Prathwiraj Billadi, Rajesh Kaveri, Suresh Shetty and others were present.
