Anwar Manil appointed coordinator of DK district committee of KPCC NRI Cell

Bengaluru, Apr 10: KPCC NRI cell has appointed Anwar Manil as the coordinator of the Dakshina Kannada (DK) district social media committee of KPCC NRI Cell.

KPCC chief D K Shivakumar approved the appointment. Dr Arati Krishna vice chairman of the NRI Forum of the government of Karnataka has been appointed as the chairperson of the KPCC NRI Cell.

For about last seventeen years, Anwar Manil he has been residing in Dubai, UAE as an expatriate Kannadiga. He is a dedicated activist of the Congress party and actively involved in the party's social media division for the past decade. He is also a member of the Indian National Congress Supporters Organization (INCAS) and IOC Congress. In 2019, he served as a member of the publicity committee for the programme ‘Mahatma Gandhi 150 Years’, attended by former AICC president Rahul Gandhi in the UAE.

Additionally, he is actively involved in various social, religious, and educational activities within the expatriate Kannadiga community, holding several leadership positions and contributing to their service.
