Sullia: Man injured in bike accident succumbs

Sullia, May 31: A man, who was seriously injured as his bike skidded and was admitted to hospital in Mangaluru, succumbed to injuries on Monday.

The deceased is identified as Vasudeva Gowda (44), a resident of Nalkooru village.

Vasudeva received grievous injuries to his head as his bike skidded.

He was admitted to hospital in an unconscious state.

Though his breathing was stable, it was decided to do surgery only after he regained his consciousness. However, he succumbed on Monday.
