Kundapur, Mar 18: The decomposed body of a well-built youth was found at Nada Haklady in the midst of thorns and bushes under the limits of Gangolli police station.
The matter came to light as the locals passing by could smell foul odour. Gangolli police arrived on the spot and the body was shifted to the mortuary of Kundapur government hospital. Ibrahim Gangolli, Krishna (kitta), volunteers Nadeem, Safwan and Gangolli police head constable Chandrashekhar helped in transporting the decomposed body.
The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained. It is not known if the deceased killed himself or was murdered.
A case is registered in Gangolli police station.
